Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 14 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of poojacomputers.net and purchases or service requests made from Pooja Computers. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.
1. Business Information
Pooja Computers operates from Shop No. 3, Nageshwarwadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra – 431001, India. Contact: shop@poojacomputers.net, +91 98604 63333.
2. Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability. Images may be illustrative and colours may vary by display. Manufacturer specifications, bundled accessories and availability may change. An order is subject to stock verification, price confirmation, payment verification and acceptance by us.
3. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST, shipping charges and other disclosed charges will be shown before order confirmation. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway or other methods displayed at checkout. We may hold or cancel an order if payment cannot be verified or if an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, in which case any collected amount will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Order Acceptance
An automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when we confirm processing or dispatch. We may contact you to verify order information. We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or an obvious error, while complying with applicable consumer law.
5. Delivery and Inspection
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days and are estimated to arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, courier operations, holidays, weather, stock or events beyond reasonable control. Please inspect the package promptly and report visible damage, wrong items or missing contents as soon as possible, preferably with photographs or an unboxing video.
6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy and Cancellation Policy. These policies do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective, damaged, deficient, misdescribed, counterfeit or incorrectly delivered goods or services.
7. Warranty
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, warranty service is provided by the relevant manufacturer’s authorised service provider and is governed by the manufacturer’s terms and authorised service process. Customers may be required to visit or submit the product to an authorised service centre. Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repair, software issues, consumables and normal wear may be excluded by the manufacturer. We will provide reasonable assistance with invoice and warranty information but do not independently extend or replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
8. Repair and IT Services
Repair estimates are based on the information and inspection available at the time and may change if additional faults are found. Replacement parts and additional work require customer approval where reasonably practicable. Customers should back up important data before submitting a device. Although reasonable care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing data loss, device defects or failures beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Software Development Services
Custom software work is governed by the accepted quotation, scope, milestones, delivery assumptions and change requests. Software-development refund requests are accepted for review. Any approved refund will be calculated with reference to completed milestones, work already performed, delivered materials, third-party costs and the applicable written agreement. This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law for proven deficiency, material non-conformity, misrepresentation or failure to deliver the agreed service. Intellectual-property ownership, licences, hosting, maintenance, third-party costs and source-code delivery are governed by the relevant written proposal or agreement.
10. Acceptable Use

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delay or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
