Shipping Policy

1. Service Area

We deliver to locations supported by our delivery partners and the shipping options available at checkout. Certain products, high-value orders or remote locations may require confirmation before dispatch. Local pickup may be available from our Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar store when shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Subject to stock, payment and order verification, orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Business days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays. Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time is an estimate and may vary because of destination, courier operations, weather, holidays, stock transfer, security checks or events beyond reasonable control.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Additional charges may apply to remote areas, oversized products, special handling or re-delivery caused by an incorrect or unavailable delivery address, subject to prior disclosure where practicable.

5. Address and Delivery Responsibility

Please provide a complete and accurate address, postcode and working telephone number. The customer or an authorised person should be available to receive the package. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect information, refusal to accept delivery or inability to contact the recipient.

6. Tracking

Where tracking is available, details may be sent by email, telephone or order update after dispatch. Tracking activation can take time after the courier receives the package.

7. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Packages

Inspect the package promptly. If it appears damaged or tampered with, note the condition with the delivery person where possible. Report damaged, missing or incorrect items immediately, with order details, photographs and preferably an unboxing video. Products are generally not returnable or replaceable, subject always to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Local Pickup

For local pickup, wait for confirmation that the order is ready. Bring the order confirmation and valid identification. Pickup is available from Shop No. 3, Nageshwarwadi, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra – 431001, India, during confirmed business hours.
