Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 14 August 2026

1. Product Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing shop@poojacomputers.net or calling +91 98604 63333. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation.

2. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and products are generally not returnable or replaceable. Refusing a correctly supplied shipment without approval may result in deduction of actual shipping or return costs where permitted by law. This does not exclude remedies that must be provided under applicable consumer law.

3. Cancellation by Pooja Computers

We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, regulatory restrictions or an obvious pricing or listing error. If we cancel after receiving payment, the collected amount will be refunded within a reasonable period through the original payment method where practicable.

4. Cancellation Charges

We do not impose a cancellation charge for a valid cancellation accepted before dispatch. No cancellation charge will be imposed in a manner inconsistent with applicable consumer law.

5. Customised Products and Special Orders

Custom-built computers, specially procured items, activated licences and customised configurations may not be cancellable after procurement, assembly, activation or customisation has commenced, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Any applicable condition will be communicated before confirmation where reasonably practicable.

6. Software Development and Services

Cancellation and refund requests for custom software-development and professional services are accepted for review. Any approved refund will be calculated after considering completed milestones, work already performed, delivered materials, third-party costs and the accepted quotation or agreement. This policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable law for proven deficiency, material non-conformity, misrepresentation or failure to deliver the agreed service.

7. Refund Following Cancellation

Approved refunds are initiated within a reasonable period. The time required for the amount to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.
